FORMS FOR CASUALS / INDIVIDUALS
Important Note: All participants at Cliffhanger will need to complete a Waiver Form BEFORE they can climb.
Failure to complete a form will mean that they cannot participate. We are unable to vary this rule as it is a condition of our Public Liability Insurance Policy and is now also legislated in Victoria under the Fair Trading (Recreational Services) Regulations passed on June 1st 2004 as an update to The Fair Trading Act.
Important legal aspects of the Waiver Form:
If the participant is under 18, the form must be signed by the child's Parent or Legally Appointed Guardian, NOT an older sibling (brother/sister), auntie or uncle, grandparent, or teacher etc.

Lead Climbing is a more advanced type of climbing that requires additional skills and you need to own all your own equipment. If you are coming to Cliffhanger for the first time and have not climbed before, you will NOT need this form.) | |
