Group Visits

FORMS FOR GROUPS (OTHER THAN SECONDARY SCHOOLS)

Important Note: All participants at Cliffhanger will need to complete a Waiver Form BEFORE they can climb. Waiver Forms can only be signed by the child's parent or Legal Guardian - Group Leaders CANNOT sign the forms on your behalf.

Failure to complete a form will mean that they cannot participate. We are unable to vary this rule as it is a condition of our Public Liability Insurance and part of the Fair Trading (Recreational Services) Act (Vic) 2004.

Click Here to download a GROUP PARTICIPANT WAIVER FORM Required by ALL particpants, including and adults who may be attending to belay/assist younger participants.

Click Here to download a GROUP BOOKING FORM Required by all groups to make a group booking. This needs to be submitted with a deposit in order to confirm your requested booking time slot. If we do not receive a completed Group Booking Form and appropriate deposit, then we WILL assume your tentative booking is no longer required. This form is 2 pages, including our standard Terms and Conditions for group bookings.
