	ALL participants are required to complete a Waiver Form. Those under 18 years MUST have their Parent Sign the Waiver Form before they can climb. Teachers and other relatives ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SIGN. This form includes an information sheet for parents, explaining the Waiver Form. We only require the first page to be completed and returned. Failure to bring the signed (current) Waiver Form will result in the student being unable to climb. Click here to download the Current Waiver Form
