Yoga Classes

Cliffhanger customers and members can now do a Yoga style class to help with their climbing flexibility and body control, onsite here at Cliffhanger for just $12.

Sessions are currently held at 6:15pm on a Friday evening and 10:30am on a Sunday morningnext door to Cliffhanger at the Health Club.

BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYBALANCE™ class with fresh choreography and music.
