At Cliffhanger Climbing Gym,we reward you for choosing the best climbing facility in Australia. Using our advanced membership database technology, we offer you a unique Rewards Program.

We scan your Cliffhanger ID Card on each visit or shop purchase and you earn Reward Points at the rate of 1 point per $1 spent. By joining our Frequent Climbing Program,you can earn rewards from every dollar you spend at Cliffhanger? Whether it be casual visits, gear hire, memberships or shop purchases.

Simply complete the Frequent Climber Application slip and hand it to the staff at reception and you are on your way to FREE climbs and more.

Points can be converted to FREE visits, Cliffhanger Merchandise, or other rewards listed using the conversion rates below. This table changes regularly as promotional items become available.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

1. Points are earned at the rate of 1 point per $1 spent.

2. Points are NOT transferable to other members or customers.

3. We are not mind readers! If you don’t present your ID Card,we CANNOT allocate your points. Points are not allocated retrospectively.

4. Points are not redeemable for cash.

5. Group bookings do not attract Frequent Climber points.

6. Points from 1.11.1995 onwards will be honoured.

7. Points are redeemable using the current conversion list.

8. Conditions may be changed at any time and will be advertised.

9. Points are only allocated to the customer making the purchase.
