Junior Climber Development Program

In 2005, Cliffhanger’s Junior Climber Development Program [JCDP] was formed and we have developed it as a structured pathway for children to develop their climbing skills whilst improving their cooperative learning skills, fitness and ability – all in a social and fun environment.

*** August 2010 Update: we will, until further notice, be combining KIDS CLUB and BASE CAMP in to the one session from 6:00pm until 7:30pm - flat $15 per child casual fee applies, no pre-paid term fees ***

The keys to the JCDP are:

Structured Progress/ Levels of attainment
Recognition and Awards for Progress
Strong Safety Focus
Social environment with similar aged peers
Injury Prevention
Fitness Awareness and Training (including non-climbing training)
